Meet Our Founder, Ron Kelleher
Welcome to Work-Life Bible Study! I'm Ron Kelleher, and for 36 years, I had the privilege of serving in sales and marketing at Procter & Gamble.
As a devoted Christian, I always felt a deep desire to bridge the gap between faith and the workplace. After embarking on a new chapter following early retirement, I pursued theological studies at Talbot Seminary, was ordained, and subsequently served as the Chief Operating Officer of a global mission organization. In 2012, I founded Inspired Leadership, Inc., driven by a mission to equip, enable, and encourage individuals to authentically live out their faith in the workplace and embrace the transformative power of inspired leadership as intended by God. With that vision in mind, I created the Work-Life Bible Study website as a dedicated space to provide practical tools, insightful resources, and supportive community for Christians seeking to integrate their faith into their work lives. Join me on this journey of personal and professional growth as we navigate the challenges and joys of living out our faith in the modern workplace, striving to be powerful, inspired leaders guided by God's wisdom and grace.

Here are examples of the seven types of courses we offer!
Personal Development
Each of the Personal Development studies is designed to help all employees in the workplace grow in their faith. Each session will explore a different biblical topic relevant to the workplace, such as character, integrity, or priorities.
Skill Development
Each of the Skill Development studies is designed to help all employees in the workplace grow in their faith. Each session will explore a different biblical topic relevant to the workplace, such as decision-making, justice, or problem-solving.
Relationship Development
Each of the Relationship Development studies is designed to help all employees in the workplace grow in their faith. Each session will explore a different biblical topic relevant to the workplace, such as encouragement, exhortation, or servant leadership.
Book Studies
Each study focuses on a different book of the Bible, providing an in-depth exploration of its themes, messages, and practical applications for the workplace. Participants will be challenged to examine their own work practices in light of God's Word.
Character Studies
These multi-lesson Bible studies explore the leadership strengths and weaknesses of major Bible characters. Each study will focus on a different character and examine how their leadership qualities contributed to their success or failures.
Word Studies
These studies focus on words and phrases that are important for all employees in the workplace today. Each study will focus on a single word or phrase, such as wisdom, humility, integrity, courage, vision, empathy, and stewardship.
Inspired Leadership Studies
The focus of the Inspired Leadership studies is on equipping, empowering, and encouraging Christian leaders in the workplace to be the powerful and inspired leaders God intends us to be. These intermediate difficulty courses vary in length from 4-5 lessons.
