Participants in a Bible study on the importance of having courage or being courageous will learn from 1 Corinthians 16:13 the importance of standing firm in faith, being courageous and strong in all that they do. From Joshua 1:9, they will learn to be strong and courageous, not to be afraid, and to trust in God's guidance. Joshua 10:25 will teach them to be bold in their actions and to follow through on commitments. Deuteronomy 31:6 will encourage them to trust in God's presence and guidance as they lead. Finally, 1 Chronicles 28:20 will remind them to have a clear sense of purpose, to be determined and not discouraged, and to trust in God's help and presence.
