Business people who participate in a bible study on empowerment will learn about biblical principles for leadership through an exploration of several verses. Acts 1:8 teaches about the importance of receiving power from the Holy Spirit to be witnesses to the ends of the earth. Romans 8:1-39 highlights the freedom and security that comes with being in Christ and the role of the Holy Spirit in leading believers. Titus 2:15 emphasizes the importance of sound doctrine and good works. Matthew 28:18-20 instructs believers to make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit. Finally, John 16:5-15 teaches about the work of the Holy Spirit in guiding believers into all truth. Through these verses, business people will learn to lead with the guidance and empowerment of the Holy Spirit, grounded in sound doctrine and good works, and focused on making disciples and transforming their workplaces for positive impact.
