Participants in this study will learn how to apply biblical principles of encouragement in their professional lives. Through an exploration of Acts 9:27, Zechariah 2:6-13, 1 Samuel 18:1-4, Acts 20:13-38, and Hebrews 3:13, they can discover the importance of uplifting and supporting others, as well as how to foster a culture of encouragement in the workplace. These scriptures highlight the power of encouraging others to pursue their goals, to find unity and joy in God's presence, to build strong relationships, to serve sacrificially, and to grow spiritually. By applying these principles to their leadership and relationships, business people can inspire and empower their colleagues, cultivate a positive and productive work environment, and make a lasting impact in their industry.
