Participants in this Bible study about self-discipline will learn the importance of training and exercising self-control like an athlete in order to achieve success in their ventures from 1 Corinthians 9:24-27. They will be reminded in Jeremiah 18:1-12 to allow God to shape and mold them to reach their full potential. Additionally, they will be encouraged to have a spirit of power, love, and self-discipline in their work from 2 Timothy 1:7. Proverbs 31:10-31 provides an example of a virtuous and disciplined woman who manages her household and business affairs with wisdom and efficiency, while Proverbs 12:26 advises business people to surround themselves with wise and disciplined individuals to increase their own success.
